All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Metro Manila: 1–3 business days

• Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier rates. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. Medical Coat Plus is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information provided during checkout.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the item to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can assist you.
